Job Description & Job Ad Creation

  • Project Based: Starting at $185 per role

  • Bundle Option: Two (2) roles (job description & ad) for $325

A well-crafted job description helps set expectations, ensure compliance, and attract the right talent. They are the foundation of effective hiring and employee success. I’ll help you define the role, its responsibilities, and success metrics so we have a clear, compliant job description tailored to your business—and if you’re hiring, I can pair that with a compelling job ad designed to draw in candidates who are the right fit for your culture and team needs.

I-9 Form Setup or Internal Audits

  • Project Based: Typically ranges from $95 - $275

  • Ongoing support available—pricing based on scope and volume

I-9 compliance is a must for all U.S. employers, no matter the size of the business—and messy or incomplete records can put your business at risk. I’ll help you get organized, whether you’re setting up your I-9 filing system for the first time or auditing existing documents to catch issues before they become legal problems with expensive penalties. I don’t help complete the forms themselves, but I’ll make sure you know what’s required and how to maintain your files the right way going forward.
